Join us on Saturday, March 4th for a very special collaboration with April and Brian Check at ABC Dinner Experiment, where we will indulge in a five-course dinner and cocktail tasting that is influenced by Cajun cuisine and cocktails to celebrate Mardis Gras.
Our first dinner experiment/joint effort in a full evening of eating and drinking! 5 courses including:

- Pickled Shrimp and Spinach Salad with hot sauce tasting
- Andouille Jambalaya with Spicy Carrot Salad

- (Rock You Like A) Hurricane: a punchbowl version of the classic Hurricane
- The Highgate: spice and anise combine into the story of The Highgate Vampire
- Ceremonial Sazerac: a sage smoked Sazerac presented as a digestif
